This page documents the two web forms used to collect optional SMS consent. It is provided for messaging compliance review and does not submit information or enroll visitors in text messages.
Prospective renter
Tour and leasing messages
A renter receives a secure LeaseOS link by email after a property inquiry. The live URL begins with https://leaseos.ai/p/[secure-token] and opens the relevant listing and tour form.
By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from LeaseOS about my rental inquiry, tour scheduling, application updates, and related leasing communications. Landlord account user
Operational account alerts
An authenticated account user opens https://leaseos.ai/landlord/settings, enters their own mobile number, affirmatively checks the optional box, and verifies the number with a one-time code.
By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated operational text messages from LeaseOS about new rental inquiries, property-match issues, scheduled or rescheduled tours, and related leasing activity. Consent controls
- Both SMS checkboxes start unchecked and require an affirmative selection.
- The renter can schedule a tour without agreeing to receive SMS.
- The landlord can continue using LeaseOS and email alerts without enabling SMS.
- Consent records include the phone number, timestamp, source, disclosure version, and opt-out state.
- Recipients can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
